Say hello to Kristoffer, our customer experience manager. He is an active family man who is passionate about good customer experiences.
Kristoffer Nyseth has worked at Recharge since January 2022. When the position as a customer experience manager was advertised, he did not hesitate to apply for the position.
“I previously worked as a project manager and consultant for web and IT projects, but I was on the lookout for an in-house position in a dynamic industry. The position as customer experience manager in Recharge ticked all the boxes,” he says.
“The charging industry is very exciting because both the technology and the market are constantly developing rapidly, and Recharge has every opportunity to make an impact,” he adds.
Understands what creates customer value
As customer experience manager, Kristoffer’s focus is to improve the customer experience for everyone who charges at our charging stations. Roughly speaking, it involves uncovering points for improvement and initiating action.
“A normal day at work consists of a fairly wide range of tasks. I follow up our customer service department at H1 Communications, and work on various projects with the aim of improving the customer experience and the service that Recharge offers. My strength is that I have an understanding of what creates customer value, and I see both the small details and the big lines,” he emphasizes.
Loves spending time in nature
Kristoffer describes himself as a friendly guy with plenty of backbone and who focuses on living a peaceful and productive life. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife, dog and children aged 12 and 2.5. He enjoys cooking, cycling, practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu, going on hikes in the mountains and in the forest, going on boat trips and playing various instruments.
An environmentally friendly bonus
As the 39-year-old from Nesodden is still fairly new to Recharge, he enjoyes learning more about the technology, the industry, the customers, the company and the competitors.
“In addition, it is very satisfying to contribute to more people switching to electric cars and thereby saving the environment from pollution,” he points out.
But he has no doubts about what is the best thing with working at Recharge:
