We are currently experiencing operational issues, and a number of customers are not able to charge. Vi sincerly apologize for the inconveniences this leads to. We do not know the full magnitude of the problem at the present, but we know that the fault is with one of our system prociders. Our provider has all its experts working on the case to solve the problem. We will come with more information as soon as there is more information to share.

We have today experienced operational problems due to an issue in the systems from one of our system providers. Because of this we have set our High Power Chargers and those rapid chargers that have that functionality in open mode. Open mode enables EV drivers to charge for free without a rfid card or an app.
It seems like our service provider now has a solution to the problem, and most chargers are now back in normal operation. Most customers are now able to charge as normal. A small number of chargers are still affected.
As an extra service we therefore leave our high power chargers and some rapid chargers in open mode for a little longer to ensure that people are able to charge
