  • What do I need to keep in mind when purchasing EV chargers?

    There are many important things to keep in mind before setting up a charging station. Among the most important are:

    • A suitable place with enough space
    • Access to a mobile network (so that customers can pay with apps and RFID cards or key fobs)
    • Resources for a weekly visual inspection
    • Resources for snow clearance and maintenance
  • What type of charging stations does Recharge offer?

    We offer various charging stations with fast charging (50–150 kW) and higher charging speeds (up to 300 kW). If you are considering establishing or expanding charging stations, don’t hesitate to contact us, and together we can find the charging solution that suits you and your customers or users.

  • What type of payment options do you offer?

    We give our customers the opportunity to pay in different ways. For drop-in and one-time charging, we offer payment by SMS or debit card. 

    Our e-mobility service providers also offer different payment methods, and customers can choose their desired payment method in their service provider’s app. 

  • How can a charging station draw more customers into my store?

    It usually takes 20–40 minutes to obtain a sufficient charge. In the meantime, drivers often choose to stretch their legs or make small purchases.

    You may want to advertise facilities such as toilets or a car wash to create a natural stop along the road. Advertising good offers near the charging station can help draw customers out of their cars and into your store.
